Urban design meets nautical flair with the backdrop of stunning Victorian architecture. We have been busy updating and upgrading our six rooms and five suites. All have now been newly decorated and we are awaiting your arrival for our 2017 season. Each is cozy, stylish, and has its own personality. We pride ourselves on the amenities at the Marblehead Inn and below is a list of the perks we think are noteworthy:

  • Wet Bars with refrigerators, sinks and Keurig coffee makers in all suites
  • Private garden area, patio and breakfast deck for guest leisure/enjoyment
Policies

Reservations: Reservations by telephone are taken between 8:00a.m. and 9:00p.m Eastern Time and online anytime by clicking on the “Reservations/Rates” link.

Check-ins: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. No early or late check- in’s please unless you have made prior arrangements.

Deposit: A deposit of half of the total charges is due at the time of booking. If booking a one night stay, we require the full amount. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours of receipt of your deposit. When booking on other booking agents(ie Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) please see each individual cancellation details and be reminded our house terms & conditions still apply.

Cancellations: We have a general 10% rebooking fee on all cancelled reservations. We require 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival date for any cancellation or change of dates for a refund of your deposit, less the 10% rebooking fee. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 14 days, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire deposit. Additionally, we will not accept cancellations or refunds on the Halloween or 4th of July Holiday Weeks.

Children/Young Adults: Per Innkeeper’s discretion. Please call when reserving so we can see how we can accommodate you and your children while travelling.

Guest Responsibility: We understand accidents do happen, but guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.

Pets:Due to our intimate size we regret that we are unable to accept pets at our Inn.

Smoking:As per the state of Massachusetts The Marblehead Inn is a smoke-free establishment. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for anyone who smokes in their room. We allow smoking in our outdoor garden area.

Large Groups/Events: The Marblehead Inn is a unique and intimate setting and we may or may not suit your needs. For groups requesting four or more rooms, please contact the Innkeeper directly.
